Technology and provider responsibilities

Vault Africa provides technology, information and software interfaces. Vault Africa is not itself a regulated bank, e-money issuer, payment institution, investment firm, broker or custodian, and its software is not evidence of a banking licence or financial-services authorisation. Any regulated activity, where available, must be provided by the separately identified authorised provider within its applicable permissions and jurisdiction.

Corporate & Regulatory

Project rights and tokenisation

Tokenisation records and administers rights defined by a legal instrument. Approved offering documents determine the issuer, asset, holder rights, allocations, fees, distribution policy and exit provisions. A token does not independently prove geological reserves, lawful title or future production.
